MOTHER MASH - Sausages and pies

Today British Sausage weeks starts in England...
So I went to Mother Mash in the City to celebrate it.
I discovered Mother Mash near Carnaby street 4 years ago... 
I'm still remember my first time there. 
It 's a nice place to have a cheap and tasty lunch! 
There is three steps to order your meal: choose your mash, your main course and your gravy.
My favorite mash and gravy are: Champ mash and Farmer's gravy so far.

Aujoud'hui commence la semaine de la saucisse anglaise en Angleterre.
Donc pour célébrer cet évènement je suis allée à Mother Mash à la City.
J'ai découvert Mother Mash il y a 4 ans près de Carnaby street... 
Je me souviens encore de ma première fois.
Il y a trois étapes pour commander: il faut choisir sa purée, son plat et sa sauce.
Ma purée et sauce préférées sont Champ mash et Farmer's gravy.
C'est un restaurant très sympathique, abordable et savoureux pour un déjeuner. 
Colcannon mash (traditional Irish mash with milk, butter, cabbage and onions) and Cumberland sausages with Onion gravy (caramelised red and white spanish onions with beef stock)
Champ mash (traditional Irish mash with mil, butter, cheddar cheese and spring onions) and Chicken, leek and ham pie with Farmer's gravy (red wine, onions, smoked bacon and mushroom)
