NATIONAL DAY - Burgers !!

Yesterday it was NATIONAL BURGER DAY. I went to Mr Hyde's #NationalBurgerDay !!!!

The party took place in Dalston Yard, the place was packed with foodie and burgers addict. 
I ate The Dead Hippie from Meat liquor, Smoker from Byron and Roller Disco burger  from Disco Bistro N1C. There was a lot of burgers I wanted to try but after 3 burgers, 2 shots Pickelback shot with Jameson Wiskey and Chiliback with Tequila (I still remember the spicy taste of the chilibacks tequila) and a beer I was hungry anymore to continue the burger experience. 
The event was well organised but it was a bit boring to queue so much, and some place sold out very quick or you have to wait 30 minutes only to order. It was the reason why I didn't add a Honest burger, Mother Flipper, Dirty Burger or Slider Bar.
Byron has no queue yesterday night and I think people underestimated their burger because it was very good, with a very crispy bacon inside.
My favorite burger was the Roller Disco burger (Rare breed beef patty, cheese, bun sauce, pineapple & bacon jam), some people didn't like it because it is a bit sweet (like my friend James) but I love it! 

Hier c'était le jour national du burger. Je suis allée à la soirée Mr Hyde's #NationalBurgerDay !!!!La soirée se déroulait a Dalston Yard, l'endroit était rempli d'amateurs de nourritures et de burgers.
J'ai mangé un Dead Hippie de chez Meat Liquor, un Smoker de chez Byron et un Roller Disco Burger de chez Disco Bistro N1C. Il y avait beaucoup de burger que je voulais essayer mais apres en avoir mangé trois, bu 2 shots (je me souviens encore du gout épicé de la tequila chilibacks) et une biere, je n'avais plus faim.
L'événement a été bien organisé mais c'était un peu ennuyeux de faire la queue tout le temps, certains stands n'avaient plus rien ou alors on devait attendre 30 minutes pour commander. C'est la raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas commandé un Honest burger, Mother Flipper, Dirty Burger ou Slider Bra. 
Byron n'avait aucune file d'attente, et je pense que les gens ont sous-estimés leur hamburger parce qu'il était tres bon, avec du bacon tres croustillant.
Mon burger préféré était celui de Disco Bistro (boeuf, fromage, sauce a l'ananas et bacon), certaines personnes ne l'aiment pas (comme mon ami James) mais moi je l'adore !
